ORDERING

To place an order for an item you see on our web site simply email us with the CATEGORY, STOCK NUMBER, TITLE, INDEX # (if present) along with your mailing address. We will email back to you the total cost of the item including shipping / handling / insurance. We will expect a confirmation of your order by return email within 48 hours. Once the order is confirmed we will reserve the item for you for 7 days while we await your payment. Items will not be put on reserve for longer than the 7-day grace period unless a non-refundable deposit has been placed to cover any loss of sale due to the hold. Layaways are all final sales. Layaways are for no longer than 3 months paid in thirds. If items are not paid in full at the end of the term items are released back into active stock and the monies paid in are forfeited. Graveyard items are sold as is and are non-returnable.

Of course checks and money orders are always welcome. Payment through Pay Pal and by money order will insure next day shipping. Items paid by check are held for 5-10 days until the check has had time to clear buyer's bank.

"RESERVE" 

All items will be held on a 7-day reserve for Domestic US customers and a 10 day reserve on International orders. The reserve time allows customers to confirm a sale and make payment arrangements. If no communication is had for 7 days after a reserve is placed upon an item, that item will then be returned to active stock. This policy is in consideration of everyone involved and I ask my customers to try and stay within the limits, although extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration. Thank you, Janet

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We insure items with a purchase cost of over $50.00. The seller is not responsible for items shipped without insurance. The buyer assumes that responsibility so if you have a shipping preference, please email us to discuss your options.

RETURNS and DISCLAIMER

It is very difficult to find vintage clothing in mint condition. We will do our best to properly size and describe each garment as well as detailing any problems it might have. If you have any questions about the item please ask them before placing an order. There are no returns on layaways; these are all considered final sales.

If you are unhappy with a item, it can be returned under the following conditions:

  • We must be notified by email, within 24 hours of your receipt of the item that you wish to request a return. In your email please provide the garment stock number, and reason for requesting a return.
  • We will send you an email authorizing the items' return by email ASAP.
  • Once we have authorized the return, the item must be returned by insured USPS Priority Mail, with delvery confirmation or UPS Second Day Air insured. The item must arrive within 4-5 days of the email authorizing its return.
  • The item must be packed for return the same way it was shipped to you. It must be in the same condition upon its return as it was when we shipped it to you.
  • Once we have received your authorized return in good condition we will send you a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping handling and insurance charges.
  • Unauthorized returns will not receive a refund.
  • Items paid for through Paypal will have the Paypal fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • No Refunds on sale merchandise and graveyard items.
  • On returns totaling over $50.00 a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, for refunds under $50.00 a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
