The full circle Mexican skirt is hand painted with scenes of a Mexican street party, dancing and drinking set in three horizontal bands around the skirt separated by a bright blue band. The waistband is a wrap with ties on both side, the side waistband ties attached to the back of the waistband wrap around the waist to tie at the center front and the front ties wrap around the top of the back half of the waistband to tie at the center back. |
