D and G little black silk dress with black velvet shoulder straps. This dress has a certain 50s vibe that really works in this updated version. The bodice is fitted with two sets of bust darts. The skirt joins the bodice at the natural waistline. The skirt has two sets of pleats set right and left of center, in front and back. Center back zipper.

Deca black jersey cot. The jersey has some weight to it so the coat drapes beautifully. The coat laps at the waist and snaps in place and has a matching fabric tie. The collar is pointed. Running down the length of the front right side is a wide ruffle. This ruffle is repeated on the side slit. Very dramatic coat and I am sure it could be worn as a dress. Not sure, might have been a dress!

Beautiful lace and pewter beading detail on the lapels and the peplum of the jacket. The construction is exquisite as are the fabrics. This exclusive design shop in London designed Paul McCartney's second wife's wedding gown.

Ghost quilted jacket in a rich medium brown with rust silk embroidered details. The collar and lapels are tuxedo style. The jacket reminds me of smoking jackets from the 30s and 40s. Moderate sleeve with turned back cuffs and open down the center front without any closures. The draping cords you see are non-functional, just as accents. Unlined.

Marithe Francios Girbaud jumper with center front chrome zipper. The fabric is a taupe color with thin white pin-stripes. The shoulder straps and t-back are a taupe 2 inch wide cording. A lot of curved seams, gatherings and tucks. Double row gathered pockets seams. A really interesting little jumper. There are so many different stitching accents going in it is almost too difficult to try and explain them all. It might just be easier to look at all of the photos instead.

Yves Saint Laurent grey silk dress with a deep scoop neckline. The bodice has two curved seam lines that are a continuation of the bottom sleeve line. This seam line runs to the waist line seam. The dress can be worn with the bodice blouse pulled lower so that the waist seam line is dropped. The skirt is very slim and fits very close to the body. The elbow length sleeves were cut in one with the bodice and have a ribbed cuff.
