1950S This is a great looking black faille cocktail dress with a pleated rayon chiffon shelf bosom that is gathered at center front. Long body darts lengthen and slenderize the torso. On the backside at the point where the shoulder straps meet the back of the dress below the shoulder blades there are attached two drapes of matching black rayon chiffon that drape down the back to the waist line where they are caught up with a black satin cord then again are allowed to drape freely down the rest of the dress to the hem. |

1950S Sweet umpire waist white cotton pique dress with orange and green floral print. The neckline is front is high and in back the lines are straight from the shoulder straps down without any curve. The umpire waistline has an upward facing cummerbund like band that encircles the seam and has a matching bow center back. The center back zipper is hidden behind the bow. |

C. 1950s Black combed cotton sundress with 3-inch wide appliqued lace along the top of the bodice at the decolletage and on the large slanted pockets. The skirt and bodice join at the natural waistline below a pointed bodice yoke. Two two-inch pleats set at the inside edges of the pockets gives fullness to the front of the skirt. The dress has a center back zipper to close. |
