C. 1860-70s This is a brown silk parasol with fringed edges and top with a floral design in the fabric around the center of the fabric. The lower half is missing but the ivory finial ivory rib tips and ivory tassels are still on the parasol. The ribs and shaft are wood and in excellent condition. CONDITION: Excellent
