c. 1960s This is a summer weight wool sport coat in a soft beige that was made for the famous English photographer Cecil Beaton. His name is on the tailor's lapel inside the inside pocket. He had numerous coats and suits made for him by this tailors in London. The tailor is still in existence. There is one small moth hole on the back between the shoulder blades, see photo. |

C.1960s Beautiful charcoal gray wool suit with blue threads that look like flecks of color. Rolled peaked labels and 2 button single breasted jacket with flap pockets and welt breast pocket. By Hyde Oark Clothes. The jacket front is darted for an athletic fit. The chest is 38 inches, sleeves are, from shoulders 26 inches and the jacket length from collar center back seam is 32 inches. Trousers are peg legged and are double pleated. Narrow waistband from sides across the back and flat in front. Narrow belt loops. Buttoned back pocket. Waist measures 29 inches and the inseam is 31. Excellent condition. |
