C. 1941 1941 Simplicity dress pattern #3754 in a size 14 with a 32-inch bust. Top, finished with a collar, is dart-fitted on the shoulders and gathered at the edge to join the pleated skirt at the natural waistline under a belt. Choice of three-quarter length or long sleeves. In style #1 the pleated skirt may be cut away and lengthened with lace and the collar finished with lace pleating. The waistline is finished with a belt. The dress closes in front and under the left arm.
